Number of Bedrooms: 4. On the main floor there is a bedroom with a king bed and also a second bedroom with a twin bed. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a pull out queen sofa in the second floor sitting area. Linens are NOT provided. You can bring your own or you can rent them.

Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms. On the 1st floor there is one bathroom with shower only; the second floor bathroom has a whirlpool tub with shower.

Amenities: This beautiful vacation home is directly on the beach, with a 12 mile view of beach, jetty, light houses, and islands. Complementing the views are: w/w carpet; queen sleep sofa; fully furnished cottage; dining room; ice maker; blender; electric toaster; electric coffee pot; washer/dryer; dishwasher; iron and ironing board; 3 TV’s and internet Wi-Fi; hot water heat; fireplace; six ceiling fans; picnic tables; 2 baths; chaise lounges; gas BBQ grill; and a enclosed oceanfront porch for that AM coffee. There are also two outside decks, one over looking the beach and ocean and sun drenched deck in the rear of the cottage. Towels and linen are provided by the owner. The living room features power operated drapes for days when you tire of looking at the ocean. The “trolley bus” is available a block away for a ride to Camp Ellis and to down town OOB. Easy access to I-95 for day trips to see historic Portland and the Longfellow House; or shopping at Freeport; or trips to the Islands of Casco Bay; or a round of golf. Enjoy Maine. The owner lives in the basement unit during the summer.
