Number of Bedrooms: 4. There is one king bed in bedroom #1, and bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds. Also there is a queen sleep sofa in the living room and a full bed in the TV room. Bed linens are supplied by the owners. You will need to supply your own towels. You can also rent them thru Bayside Linens at www.baysidelinens.com

This apartment can accommodate up to 9 persons, but also reduce in area.It is the upper unit in a two unit (owner occupied) home.

Bathroom: 2. There is a bathroom in each section. Each bathroom has a tub and shower.

Amenities: Two Full baths, one in each section, with tub and shower in each. Complete kitchen with a panoramic ocean view features a microwave; electric toaster; electric coffee pot; stove; refrigerator and a fan in each room.. Also present is a washer/dryer; iron and ironing board; four flat screen TVs; Wi-Fi connection; trash compactor; two decks and an electric BBQ. Wake up to the sunrise and waves. Easy walk to Ocean Park Variety Shop for your coffee and out of town paper or fresh pastries at Ocean Park Variety and Sub Shop or dinner at The Boardwalk Grill–no need for a car here. Enjoy the fantastic views! Way off to your left is Two Lights marking the entrance to Casco Bay. A little closer is Prout’s Neck, the home of painter Winslow Homer who died at his beloved Prout’s Neck studio in 1910. And only a few miles away to the northeast is Stratton Island for all of you bird lovers. Directly in front of you is the BEACH. Enjoy Maine!. And yes, you can look to the south for Wood Island Light and Winter Harbor, first settled in 1616. Wood Island light can be visited by boat. Enjoy this half of an ocean front duplex this summer.
