Weekly Rental Rate: $2275.00 (50% due upon booking).
Number of Bedrooms: 4. There are four bedrooms. Bedroom one is located on the first floor and has one queen bed. The other three bedrooms are on the second floor. Two have a full size bed in each and one has two twin beds. You must bring your own linens or you can rent them through Bayside Linens at www.baysidelinens.com.
Bathroom: 2. There is bathroom on each floor, both with a stand up shower.
Amenities: Just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. A great place to people watch or barbeque on the patio. Air conditioning and heat, washer/dryer, beach, gas grill, 2 decks, internet, 4 flat screen TVs, etc. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee pot. There is also an outside shower.
