Weekly Rental Rate: $2500.00 (50% due upon booking). This website only allows Saturday to Saturday bookings. Please call or email if looking for less than a week’s stay.
Number of Bedrooms: 2. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Each have a full size bed. There is also a full sized futon in the living room.
Bathrooms: 1. There is one bathroom with a shower on the first floor.
Amenities: A block from the beach with the convenience of everything Old Orchard Beach has to offer. Ocean views and downtown right at your fingertips from this clean and quaint little condo. Amenities include a/c, internet, kitchenette with microwave, electric coffee pot, electric toaster, fridge, stove, etc.. The cottage is located on the main road across the street from the beach with an easy walk to shopping, the Amtrak station, the Atlantic Ocean, beach, and The Old Orchard Beach Pier. Leave the car at home for an inexpensive vacation and come by train. Old Orchard is more than french fries and Pizza. Take a walk to some fine restaurants, or stop at the “Candy Factory” for some ice cream, located on the main drag at the top of the hill. You can walk to them all from this great condo.
